The health and well-being of our Guests and our staff are of the utmost importance to us. This has always been the case, however, now more than ever, safety measures are of paramount importance. We believe we cannot go ‘too far in providing reassurance to our guests and staff and whilst the below measures might seem ‘extreme’ they are being implemented with the sole purpose of providing a safe environment for our guests to enjoy their experience. We want you our Guests to feel as safe in our resort as you do in your own home.
If you or any of your guests are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or have been exposed to the virus within the previous 14 days we politely ask you not to visit the Restaurant until you have isolated for 14 days and sought professional medical guidance.
As ever Guests are responsible for their guests whilst in the Resort.
We are all adapting to these new measures and to ensure a pleasant experience in the Resort.
We would ask that our Guests remain patient with one another and practice kindness and consideration as well as respect for their fellow guests and our employees.
RESERVATIONS
Guests are encouraged to make reservations prior to arriving at the Resort, this is in order to avoid disappointment but also to allow the Resort to stagger bookings and ensure over-crowding does not occur.
We would point out to Guests that if they arrive without reservations we cannot guarantee a table but of course will always do our best to accommodate requests.
Our Resort will be operating at reduced capacity due to social distancing measures therefore we appreciate your patience and understanding when requesting a reservation.
We will monitor the temperature of everyone who arrives at the Resort.
Our employees will refrain from any physical contact with guests. We would encourage our Guests not to encourage physical contact with our employees.
Guests are requested to verbally provide their name at Reception when they arrive.
Sanitizer spray bottles will be available at the bar and reception desk
We encourage our guests to pay by card rather than cash where possible.
Door handles, taps and other surfaces will be cleaned in between uses
We will now only have disposable hand towels
Hand sanitizer will be available in every washroom
Any member of staff with a temperature will not be allowed entry to the site and will be asked to return home safely and to seek medical attention including having a Covid-19 Swab Test
All employees will be temperature checked upon arrival for every shift
Hand washing every twenty minutes and hand sanitizer used throughout service.
Where possible, teams will work together in a work ‘bubble’
All back of house employees will wear face masks and those face masks to be changed every 2 hours
Employees to be supplied with face masks to travel to and from work
Back of house staff will be working in an environment that allows for social distancing
