Our open air restaurant celebrates the wealth of a desert oasis. We are serving delicious & authentic Rajasthani cuisine food at our restaurant at ethnic village resort.
Using only natural and local ingredients, we bake our own breads by wheat & millet known as chapati & Bajre ki roti respectively. We serve a variety of local produce such as Ker Sangari, Gutta ki sabji & Lal Maas. Let your taste buds feel rich with our home-made, slow-cooked food – Dal bati and Barbeque chicken meant for special occasions, cooked in Sand & ash of camp fire. We also serve lip smacking sweet dishes like rasgulla, churma, kesar kulfi, kaju katli and more served as dessert.
The restaurant offers daily breakfast and dinner upon request and specialty cooking for large groups or during the weekend. All meals are made fresh to order with organically grown vegetables, sweet dishes & tea with camel milk and require advanced reservation.
