Camel Safari Tours
Starting point of the safari is village Raisar, 15 kms from Bikaner on Jaipur highway, N.H 11. Enroute visit to village Panpalsar during sunset and safari ends at our resort- Umaid Safaris.
We have 3 kinds of camel safari package to choose from :
- Half Day Camel Safari (Approx. 12 kms) – Safari starts at 13:30 Hrs from the starting point and travels through sand dunes, enroute visit village Panpalsar to see traditional village life, beautiful mud houses and colorful costumes of village women. Troops reach the camp before sunset where tea and snacks would be served during sunset and taken back to the transport point.
- Half Day Camel Safari with Gala Dinner – Safari itinerary stays the same as per above package. After having sunset snacks, an authentic gala dinner would be served at the desert camp with folk music and bonfire. Then guests will leave for the safari ending point by camel carts.
- Camel Safari 1 Day and 1 Night on Full Board Basis – Safari starts at 8:30 am from Raisar and travels through sand dunes. Enroute to village Bamblu to see traditional village life, beautiful mud houses and colorful costumes and village school. Guests stay for lunch break served with traditional Rajasthani food, then visit the village Panpalsar and reach the camp before sunset. Guests would be served tea and snacks during sunset time, followed by dinner with bonfire and folk music and overnight stay at camp. Next day, morning breakfast will be served and troops will leave for the safari ending point by camel carts.
